Several reviews praise the workmanship and finished results, while two also point to clear communication and regular updates. One customer says Jacob kept the job on its expected date despite feeling under the weather; another says a deck rebuild met expectations in a timely manner.
We would highly recommend Jacob for any renovation project! He was so professional and great to work with. We had him build new stairs for our second story deck and new aluminum railings it all turned out better then we imagined.
