Todd and his team were brilliant. Job was to redo and expand a current curved concrete driveway. Utilitarian look with brushed concrete. His team cleaned up after themselves and did a great job on the driveway, including a downspout rerouted under the driveway and reset our paver pathway to make sure it was level with the new driveway. Would highly recommend for your concrete driveway needs.
Todd and his team did a fantastic job replacing our asphalt drive and brick patio. Todd’s guidance and experience made the entire process seamless, from the design and selection of the concrete to the finished project. We opted for a micro exposed colored concrete drive and walkway, and stamped patio which complemented the drive. He and his team are very experienced and the quality of their work is excellent. The finished driveway and patio are a major upgrade to the look of our house while appearing quite integrated into the setting. We are very pleased with the outcome of the project and highly recommend Todd and his team.
I wish the rest of my yard was pretty enough to complement the PHENOMENAL work done by Todd and his team. I contacted seven other companies to get quotes on replacing our patio, sidewalk, and extending our sidewalk and not only did Todd have the most competitive pricing, he was quick to respond and answer my many questions. The crew did so much so quickly and ensured to clean up any and all messes right away. And they were so polite any time I had to interact with them! They just finished yesterday and I've had so many neighbors come up and say how stunned they are that all of this is just concrete! If you're looking to get some work done, big or small, I cannot recommend Todd and his crew enough!!!
In 15 years of owning my home, I've only left one other review, but after such a positive experience, I'm compelled to leave one for this project (stamped concrete sidewalk & front porch, new concrete driveway). I was so pleased with every step of the way -- scope discussions, cost estimating (very fair and competitive pricing), scheduling, project execution, cleanup, and billing. Todd was friendly to work with because he was patient with our questions and thorough (and transparent) in his answers. He guided us through our scope development, colors & patterns selection, etc., highlighting the pros & cons of our ideas; we felt confident in our final decisions. Todd was on site most of the time, supervising his experienced crew. I never had any worries. Todd was available via phone/text/email and was responsive. The crew showed up on time, got to work, were considerate of the property, and were always professional. It was apparent from the first time I met Todd he was technically competent and wasn't out for a quick buck...he knows what he is doing and cares about the work. I would highly recommend you give them a shot to earn your business.
Wow! If we could rate Schneider Contracting more than five stars we would! Our front entryway and steps leading to the bottom deck has been previously been made from gravel and timber and had become eroded in some places and weeds were taking over. Deciding stamped concrete was what we needed we had a few contractors come out to provide a quote and decided to go with Schneider Contracting and the finished product was even better than we envisioned.Todd came out a few times to assess the work to make sure he figured out all the nuances with the work. This dedication to getting things right led us to go with him since we felt he understood the work and wanted to provide a good finished product. They weren’t the cheapest price but the best value and it definitely showed in the finished product! Working in the construction field I’ve learned the low bidder is not always the best option.My wife is a hard one to please but she was pleased with everything they did! Todd was on site during the work and asked our input on different parts of the work when needed. It’s definitely something you want from a contractor so you get what you’re looking for and not just the way they want to do it.
