Colitz Construction Company

Professional, talented, trustworthy and reliable only begin to describe our experience with our recent Home renovation with Colitz Construction. Steve and his crew responded immediately to our request for help with some significant home improvement projects. After describing our needs and wants for our family Home, Steve took our dreams and turned them into reality for us. Often he was able to offer suggestions and ideas that added the perfect touch to the vision we had for our Home. The crew was always timely and extremely professional. Our project lasted for about two months. During that time, we felt like we grew very close to the whole company. Their work was stellar, and we feel blessed knowing that we will live with their work for years to come!

We have used Colitz Construction and Steve’s recommended vendors on three houses now, and every experience has been exceptional! Not only is Steve’s team consistently professional, friendly, and courteous, but every vendor he recommends meets the same high standard. The quality of work is truly unmatched, and even ten years after our first home remodel, we still rely on Steve for recommendations on smaller projects. 10 out of 10 for Steve Colitz and his team! Highly recommend.

I have worked with Steve and Colitz Construction Company on multiple projects over the past several years. He and his crews set the standard for what I consider excellent service and quality. From bathrooms to basements and kitchens Steve and his guys have never disappointed me. Truly good people and even better work.

Colitz construction did an amazing job splitting up our kids super large L-shaped Jack and Jill bathroom into two full bathrooms. This is their 3rd project with us and they knocked it out of the park. My wife and I mocked up the layout and design and consulted Steve on it. He said it’d take 4 weeks and it took exactly 4 weeks — This was great surprise because most contractors run into delay after delay, it seems. The team was always promptly here before their start time of 8:30am and very respectful and nice. Anytime they had a question about our preference, they asked about it and didn’t just do things they thought we’d want without asking. They kept it as clean as possible (as you can when knocking down dry wall!) and had a cleaner come in at the end and make our home spotless — who cleaned the whole house, not just the construction zone. He teams up with awesome plumbers and electricians and even had a great wallpaper partner as well to put the icing on the project. His main construction workers are amazing and Steve is always stopping by to check on how things are going, making sure we’re feeling good, and super communicative and responsive at all hours of the day (and night sometimes when we decide we need a last minute change haha!). They’re a truly great team to partner with. Little boys bathroom and little girls bathroom are quite the vibe now.

Steve and the entire crew at Colitz Construction were amazing! They totally redid my floral wallpaper encrusted mid 90s master bath, my terrible laundry room and my horrible fireplace. They were so on top of everything, so organized, so professional & just so nice to work with. Everything was finished with such high quality work & it looks beautiful. We love it all & highly recommend!

Steve Colitz did an amazing job turning this empty storage room into a beautiful bathroom with closet. He found a 4 inch pipe drain line under the concrete and exposed it. Then he ran drain plumbing for the toilet, shower, and sink. New water was piped into the room. He cut a door in the wall. Tile, glass, cabinetry, all was fantastic. And this room had some complexity because he had to work with HVAC contractors to move the AC and furnace into a new closet which Steve built. The white cabinets are actually a Murphy Door! Steve is honest and communicates well. Steve charges a fair price, he is professional, and trustworthy. I highly recommend.
