Joe and his crew did an excellent job!! Having never had a driveway installed before, Complete Concrete and Hardscapes made the process so easy. From initial contact through the final cleanup, Olivia in the office provided nothing but the best customer experience! Both Olivia and Joe were extremely communicative and professional and I could not be more pleased with the end result!I would give them 10 stars, And highly recommend this company if you want a job done right!
Joe and his team did a great job on our driveway expansion and French drain through the back yard to help with standing water 3yrs ago and I have recommended them to others many times. Their work is clean, they are quick, and their prices in line with competitor's. We will definitely have them do any future concrete and Hardscape work we need moving forward.
Joe Hewatt and the Complete Concrete & Hardscapes team are wonderful! They took the ugliest yard in the neighborhood and made it the most beautiful! They helped me fix major drainage issues, build a new patio, sitting wall, driveway and provided landscaping front to back! They were sensitive to my neighbors and the impact to them through this process ....total professionals!!! They fulfilled the contract in the time they promised with professionalism and care. I know if there's an issue or concern he'll respond immediately even when the job is over! I will recommend Joe and his team to friends & acquaintances for years to come!
Another project is completed by these guys and another one is beyond expectation! Joe and his team always deliver exceptional service to us and are quick to help calm our nerves about making such big decisions. They always have a plan and a solution for us to make things better. THANK YOU guys for providing reliable, quality work on every project we embark upon together! Not sure what will come up next but I DO KNOW who I will call when the time comes...
After spending $36,000 on two projects, Joe sniped at us because he miscalculated the amount of dirt needed for our second grading project. He also wanted to charge us an additional $250 to bring equipment back over on the same day to grade the additional dirt -- and that's after we were already being billed $1,000 a day for grading. We had a small concrete pad poured on our first project, which Joe outsourced to somebody else, and the second project was grading only. The end results on both projects were not what we had hoped for: the ground was left uneven both times, with a major low spot on the first project. Joe apparently does not know how to do accurate estimates when calculating fill dirt.On the second smaller project, my husband and I had to use rakes to level out the skid steer tracks at the end of the day. By hand. Ourselves. We wish we had done the same on the first project because our backyard is very difficult to walk across without twisting an ankle. The comment Joe made after we called to let him know there was not enough dirt: "Something comes up on every project with you two, and it costs me time and money every time."I'm pretty sure we were paying for that time and the extra material, so that was a petty and unprofessional response when the mistake was not ours.Joe may be great on concrete projects, but he should not advertise grading services. He totally miscalculated the amount of fill dirt needed for both our projects, and his work was less than professional. In my four photos, two show that the grading does not allow water to drain to the correct location, and the other two photos show the black corrugated plastic Complete Concrete used to bury our first gutter downspout, and the way our downspouts look with buried PVC pipe when we practically forced the crew member to do it the way we wanted.
