This company has been working at the property Nuvo Parkside Ontario Ca 91762. New Home company. Well again today as in past week per usual these people can not read “No construction parking” my husband told them they need to move their trucks as there is no where for WE the Homeowners to park our cars, which was met with “no English “ well my husband is fluent in Spanish as well as in English. They refused to move their vehicles and told him they don’t have too. It is clearly posted they are not to park there. I have COPD after coming back from the store I had to park around corner from my house, and in this heat had to do several breathing treatments. so he called the company only to be met with sarcastic answers from Tim he’s text said he owned this company. The head of security here and regular construction company told them to move their trucks and they were in the wrong and had no business parking where residents park. If this company continues to block where we park and I end up in the hospital again for hypoxia I will sue this company, and whom ever hired them. They have zero respect for residents here they leave their trash everywhere and city ordinances say construction can start at 7:00 am yet here they come at 6:15/6:30 am every morning they don’t have the code for the gate so they wait till someone who lives here to drive in and they follow them in. They are very noisy as well. Please remedy this situation ASAPThank you.

Stand up Company w/ Elden Peterson at the helm as Peterson Brothers honored a written, 26 year old, 1994 lifetime warrantee on a small patio pad of cement poured improperly in 1994 w/o prop Slip Dowels (they were left out). Elden did not hesitate to make it right now in 2020 as it did finally slip and w/ the proper slip dowels in 1994, may not have shifted. What a standout company to honor that commitment after 26 years. They don't make companies like that anymore!! For that reason, I would use Peterson Brothers whenever I need comment work, and highly recommend them. The follow up work was completed on time, clean, and looks like great quality. As a set a the intersection of Lambert & Puente in Brea I watched as the driver of a truck setting at the light in front of me gingerly dropped his trash to the ground from his truck window. After the light had turned green I could plainly see the PBC emblem on the side of the door.PBC please advise your employees to return their trash to your yard for proper disposal and not to embarrass your company.
