This summer we discovered sprinkler damage from a slab replacement done last fall. Even though the contract stated they weren’t responsible for sprinkler lines, Sam (the owner of Midwest Concrete) took the time to hear me out and ultimately agreed to assist as a courtesy. The repair was completed promptly and correctly. I sincerely appreciate his flexibility, professionalism, and willingness to go above what was required.

They did great preparation for the install of a replacement driveway and sidewalks. Weather was uncooperative which delayed the project, but they fought through it including replacing parts of the project which didn't go well and meet their standards. When the project was complete they made sure the surrounding area was clean and back to as close to prework as possible. Good communications throughout the project and satisfied with the work. Would not hesitate to recommend Midwest for any concrete work.

Contracted w Midwest for a new driveway and sidewalk in late June. Getting a firm date was problem #1. When the date finally arrived, I was unavailable to supervise. Job went OK, but lots of cosmetic issues, along w broken sprinkler line directly under new sidewalk (not their responsibility). So an additional $200!) Installation OK, but like I said lots of cosmetic issues I do not see in their other work. 2.5 months later, still seeing crumbling @ the saw cut joints. MUCH more than any other driveway I've seen them do in my neighborhood. Someone dropped a tool in the fresh cement, & that area was never re-troweled. Held final payment for a month until township could review damaged curb cuts. Owner came out and offered me nothing.
