I would give Andrew 100 stars if possible. Professional, punctual, and an excellent artisan. The brick was falling apart on my front porch. and the whole corner had cracked off the stoop. He came out and parged the steps repaired the corner and made his magic mix to fix the bricks. It turned out great.The next thing he did for our home was a project on our terrace. The tiles had all loosened up, and when he tore the tiles off the subfloor had rotted. My husband and I did a new subfloor and selected tile. He came out and laid the tile and bullnose and put the grout in. He also made sure the level was correct so the water would run off properly. He was adamant about that. He is really fun to work with and just a terrific person. By the time this job is finished he feels like a brother to me. While we were repairing the subfloor, he patiently waited for us to finish the repairs so he could move forward with the job. Highly recommend!!!!!!!!Thanks, Andrew. (I’ll add photos )
This company (father and son) was quick to respond, was reasonably priced and went the extra mile to ensure the job was complete and met our satisfaction. I would highly recommend them. We had them do some other repairs because they did such great work.
Andrew and his son Anthony repaired our porch this afternoon and they worked hard to earn this well deserved 5 star review. As other reviews have indicated Andrew was flexible squeezing our small job into his very busy schedule and once onsite they went above and beyond, his craftsmanship was true artistry. Their attention to detail, genuine care and concern for our property was a breath of fresh air and welcome change from recent experiences with other contractors. We found Andrew's company on Google and actually solicited bids from 2 equally highly rated local contractors before selecting him. Andrew was the only contractor who didn't try to up sale us to a complete removal of the existing porch and replacement at a much higher cost, and instead provided us with a fair price to make repairs that will last 25-30 years. We would absolutely recommend Maryland Stone Masonry & Repair to anyone looking to have high quality work performed at a reasonable price.
