I had a great experience with my kitchen remodel. The owner Mark was absolutely awesome and extremely communicative throughout the entire process. They kept me informed at every step, answered all of my questions quickly, and made sure I felt comfortable with every decision along the way. The work turned out beautifully, and I am truly appreciative of their professionalism, attention to detail, and the owner Marks patience. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable, honest, and responsive contractor. He couldn’t ask for a better team and I couldn’t ask for a better contractor. They were always on time. Thank you Jesus as his hand was in it all???? P.S I’m going to miss the morning music ?? lol! Thank again Creative Concepts Const Team ?? Sincerely, Diana

My wife and I just had our dream home built by Creative Concepts Construction and couldn’t be happier. We chose Mark and his crew because we worked with Mark on a previous home remodel and we are glad we made the right decision. Mark stayed in constant communication with us, kept us updated on progress and let us know what step was next. Mark uses high quality subcontractors, who are friendly and made working on our home personal, as if they were working on their own home. In addition, they use quality materials and built not just a sturdy, but a beautiful home. Mark and his crew stand behind their work and correct any flaws immediately. We would gladly use Creative Concepts Construction again and would recommend them at anyone.

We recently had our master bathroom renovated and fireplace refaced by Creative Concepts and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. Mark and his team not only held themselves to the highest standard of workmanship, but they themselves were kind, honest, and truly trustworthy. They made the entire process feel easy and stress-free, even though we’re sure it wasn’t for them. They communicated clearly throughout the project, kept the workspace clean, and made sure every detail was exactly the way we wanted. The craftsmanship is outstanding—beautiful stone work, flawless finishes, and thoughtful touches that really elevated the look of our home. Our fireplace is now the focal point we always dreamed could be, and our bathroom now feels like a spa retreat. We couldn’t be happier with the results! The team at Creative Concepts will be our contractors for all future renovations. If you’re looking for a company that delivers high-quality work with honesty and care, we highly recommend them. They truly exceeded our expectations!

We hired Mark and his team to help us with a kitchen remodel about 5 weeks ago. Before we even signed a contract with him, he had come out to our house a few times to talk with us about what’s possible to do with the space. After a handful of ideas it came down to budget, and he was willing to work with us and do anything he could within the budget to get us a more functional and efficient kitchen. Throughout the project, he kept communication with us about everything that was happening day by day and would update us if there were any changes. His team were all very friendly and we felt comfortable asking them any questions we had. The project didn’t go without some complications though. We had a cable nicked while work was being done and the outlets on one wall in our bedroom wouldn’t work. We texted Mark that night and he got one of his guys out first thing the next morning to fix it. Near the end of the project, we found there was water leaking into our bathroom on the other side of the wall that we had a new washer/dryer unit put in. We reached out to Mark that same night and he got his team out right away the next morning to investigate. They had to break into the drywall and get the plumber back out to fix the leak. It was all done within the day and then the following day the wall was patched back up and we had our washer and dryer running again. It’s been a week since then and Eve is looking good and working great! Mark and his team are very attentive and efficient at what they do and you can tell that they take pride in their work and their relatonships with their customers. We highly recommend them for any home remodeling projects! Whenever we decide to do more to our home, we definitely are going to be reaching out to Mark again. Our kitchen was worn down, had little counter space, not much storage, and had the water heater and washer/dryer taking up space making it very disfunctional. Now it is modern, cozy, spacious, and FUNCTIONAL! Thank you Mark and thank you to the Creative Concepts team for working hard to create a whole new space for our family!

?????????? 5-Star Review for Creative Concepts Construction Company Mark and his team at Creative Concepts Construction have done amazing work for us time and time again! From our downstairs kitchen remodel at home to the beautiful transformation of our salon—Wild Hair Company Salon & Day Spa—their craftsmanship, attention to detail, and design expertise have been exceptional. They also completed a stunning buildout for the Excelsior Academy of Beauty Cosmetology Program, bringing every vision and idea I had to life perfectly. Most recently, they fit in a laundry room remodel after water damage and delivered beyond expectations once again—especially with the gorgeous brick flooring in our new 4-Season Room. I can’t recommend Mark and his entire Creative Concepts team enough for their dedication, speed, creativity, and impeccable design eye. Every project has exceeded our expectations—true professionals through and through!

Mark and the whole team at Creative Concepts Construction worked hand-in-hand with my mom to deliver an absolutely beautiful 495sf addition to the family home so Mom could have her own space and be close to family at the same time. From the architectural design, to listening to the things she needed in her space, to helping choose materials that gave her the aesthetic she wanted but stayed within her budget, they were awesome! Mark replied to text messages/phone calls promptly and worked with mom on everything. They delivered an on time, on budget, beautiful space that I know Mom will be happy in for years to come. Choosing the right contractor can be a daunting task, but there are no worries with Mark and the team at Creative Concepts Construction. They show up, they listen and they are excellent at their craft. My mom’s new home is a testament to that and I’m so happy for her! If you’re thinking of a remodel or an addition, give them a call. You won’t be sorry! They even do commercial spaces. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Mark and everyone at Creative Concepts Construction for giving my mom such a beautiful home. What you did for her is priceless.
