I had hired a contractor for a block wall, and he backed out on me halfway through and held up the construction of my pool. I was referred to Aguilar Concrete Services by my next-door neighbor. Thomas showed up the next day, promised to have the job done in two days and he came through on his promise. I hired him to do additional work around my house and would highly recommend his services.

Reached out to this company because they advertise things I needed to get repaired in our home. I initially reached out by their question and information online and did receive an email indicating someone would reach out to me. I did not get a response in a timely manner so I called this company and spoke with Brenda. She seemed informative and asked for me to send photos and once again indicated that someone would get back to me. I waited for a professional courtesy response more than five days. I called today only to be told, by Brenda, that "we are really busy taking bids". I asked her, since she said "we've been in business for 25 years", if customer service and just professional courtesy is not the top of what every company should stand by? A simple response to potential clients goes a looooong way. I understand any business can be busy, but unless you are operating removing a brain tumor day in and day out, businesses should be able to follow up with calls and emails in a timely manner. POOR customer service and a reflection of what they prioritize.
Aguilar Concrete is great! They're timely and communicative. It's very rare in my experience to find an entire office that is responsive and respectful. Brenda and the accounting team are always on top of their stuff! Benny and Oscar are also incredible as well! I would 1000% work with this team again! From everyone from Tatco Construction and myself, we greatly appreciate all the hard work you all do and hope to work again with you in the future!
