Can’t get this place to reply back for a Simple Quote or even to say “They’re not interested in the work” after they requested I send them pictures of the job. They Should probably turn off their “Read Receipts” in their text messages. It’s Even more insulting when you can see that they read your messages but STILL chose to Completely Ignore you. A Simple “No thanks” or “we’re too busy”would’ve avoided a One Star Review.
In 2024, Alberto installed a patio for me, and I was very pleased with the result.So several months ago when I needed masonry/ patio work done I once again contacted him.Unfortunately, it seems to me that things have changed at Muros construction.The completed job required some minor work to ensure that water would not seep under the brick. Alberto looked at it and agreed, and said it was a quick fix, and he would get to it that week.It's been approximately 1 month, and he has promised to take care of it seven times, promising to show up each time on the day of our conversation.He has not shown up to complete his job, and has never given me the courtesy of a call back saying he needed to reschedule.I have no reason to believe at this point that he will ever return and finish the job.
This company is the most professional company I have used and years .I can't say enough about the work they built me a mailbox and a brick wall around my flower bed it was so beautiful!! I had them come back and put in steps in my backyard. If you use this company you will not be disappointed.
Albert and his crew did an amazing job on our backyard patio, He worked extremely hard in the heat and made sure that the job was done to a high level of quality. He asked frequent questions to make sure that he final product met our needs and expectations. He was also willing to offer expertise and guidance on getting the most out of our investment. He is our go-to guy for future projects.
Contacted this company after my mailbox was plowed down. They did such a great job rebuilding the mailbox that I hired them to reface my fireplace. Ive recommended them to family and friends.
