Gabe did a great job removing perennial grass then filling in with concrete at our governor strip. He responded quickly to calls and texts. He was very professional. Highly recommend
I have a 115 year old house with sagging interior walls which, (with a engineer’s drawn plans) I had specific instructions to install additional footings in the house’s 2 ft crawlspace. I reached out to 3 local OC contractors and Gabe was the 1st to come out. The concrete had to be pumped in because of the 2ft crawlspace (requires extra equipment and labor) and Gabe had no problem with that. I felt his quote was fair (considering the extra work involved). I wanted to be onsite to see the pump in action but I was delayed at work and arrived after the crew left but was very impressed with the work and the cleanup! (All the trap doors were locked up and the area was left clean). He obviously cares about his profession, he will not disappoint you.
Needed repair work on a 70 year old chimney. Not only did Gabe respond to my call immediately, but he completed the job before the other business I called for an estimate even responded!!!
