We recently had our patio and driveway extension completed, and we are very happy with the experience. The crew was professional, friendly, and communicated well throughout the entire process. They showed up when they said they would, completed the work in a timely manner, and paid attention to the details. The concrete was just finished today, so it is still curing, but the workmanship already looks excellent. The finish is smooth, clean, and exactly what we were hoping for. We appreciate how kind and respectful everyone was throughout the project. Based on our experience, we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality concrete work.
I am extremely pleased with the concrete slab that Mr. Woods poured for me, which extended my patio. From start to finish, the company demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and excellent workmanship. They arrived as scheduled, communicated clearly throughout the process, and paid close attention to detail. The finished slab looks amazing—smooth, level, and exactly what I was hoping for. It’s refreshing to work with a company that takes pride in their work and delivers quality results. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for dependable service and outstanding craftsmanship. Thank you for a job well done!
Not trust worthy and dishonest. Did a very large slab . Off square by 2 feet . Slab is 2 inches thick in some places . Drains are improperly scooped . Vapor barrier plastic coming through the slab in multiple places. Large cold joint forming half way through . Said he would fix and refund and now has ghosted us. Will be retaining an attorney to deal with this dishonest man.
William is a major con-artist. I have to have my entire driveway re-done a second time because of his poor quality work. He poured three inches with voids throughout. Water was ankle deep on this driveway he put in. My original driveway was old and cracked but drained nicely. He operates by asking for half of the cost of the job up front..then he asks for the other half (balance) when he pours it so that you don't realize how bad the work is. He doesn't return. He doesn't respond to any further negotiations after that. Don't trust this man.Update: He has posted a denial of all of this as a response to this review. He definitely asked for full payment when the concrete was poured and still wet. He said he needed the full payment so he could 'pay for the concrete'. Also, he is falsely claiming that I demanded that he redo the entire driveway. Even though other concrete companies have come out since then for quotes and deemed the entire driveway to be an average of less than three inches and a safety risk because of less than one inch of concrete covering the corregated plastic pipe (shown in photos). This was a safety hazard because the concrete would have caved in there.William agreed on Monday that he would re-pour the area collecting water and a section at the entrance that was allowing flooding down the drive. He also agreed to just remove the corregated pipe. I asked him when he could have it finished. He said Friday. Two days passed and no word from him. Thurs. Morning he called me and said that he wanted to cut a drain instead of re-doing anything. I couldn't agree to a drain because of the tree seeds, straw, and debris that would only clog it causing constant maintenance. And the drain idea didn't do anything to solve the flooding from the road entrance caused by him reducing the the height of the concrete. This review is truthful and the photos support my statements. He literally stole seven thousand dollars from me. He would not consider any reimbursement. My damages to replace this driveway by another company will be in excess of eleven thousand dollars, plus the seven thousand he stole from me=18000.00.
EXCEPTIONAL WORKMANSHIP!!!!Hurricane Helene caused a large tree to fall on my home. The two cranes used to remove it crushed my driveway. Mr. William was so helpful and worked with me with timing (home reconstruction was still in progress) and weather delays. Two days total to demo driveway/sidewalk and pour/form concrete.Of all the contractors I've worked with, Mr. William and his crew are the BEST! Very reasonable pricing, excellent communication, and quality of work is exceptional, add to that- a two year warranty!!!I sincerely appreciate Mr. William and his crew!!
