Highly recommend Residential Concrete Works! They were able to get me on the calendar quickly, and had my patio (700sq ft) poured within a few hours. They asked if they could come back a few days later to finish the job (pouring steps in my garage), which was no problem at all. We were told by the estimator/salesman Rick that they would bury our downspout, but this didn’t end up happening for a few reasons which were explained to us. As a concession, Lino offered to secure a fence post for us which we happily accepted. The bid felt very competitive, and it seems like these guys did really quality work! Lino is the type of business owner that just wants to make sure the customer is happy, which is the type of company I want to do business with!

Residential Concrete Works has been my go to contractor for stamped concrete patio/sidewalk work. Prices are extremely reasonable and they always have a quick turnaround with getting your work scheduled and completed (within a week or so). Rick is very fast and fair with quotes! The owner and his team do a great job with the install and they are very fast. Lino will always let you know if he orders surplus concrete and if there is a potential and beneficial way to expand your project. Don’t be afraid to negotiate so you feel like you are getting the best value for your dollar. I am extremely happy with my stamped concrete patio projects over the past 2 years! And it’s truly a family business as his kids are always involved and on the job site which is nice to see!

The work done was exceptional. I was amazed how soon I could schedule the work to be done, the price was right, they arrived at 7:30 and were completely done by 3:00 redoing both the driveway and patio. It was beautiful. Lino and his crew were great! Best price of several bids and they worked extremely fast, with quality work. Had an issue with sprinklers caused by some machinery and Lino stepped up and handled it, no questions asked. He even personally came by to help get some smaller parts of the old deck hauled away. We are so happy we used Residential Concrete Works to upgrade our outdoor space and invested in our home, it looks so much nicer. Don't hesitate, get it done!

We are so happy with the concrete work that we got done.  Rick came out a couple weeks ago to give us an estimate and we were very happy that it was reasonably in our budget.  Lino and his crew arrived on time and we walked through beforehand to clarify what we wanted done.  Our stairs were sinking so we got those replaced.  We wanted a walkway added from the driveway to the back gate instead of the rock that was previously there.  Going in the backyard to the walkway was pavers with bushes lining either side.  The whole patio had pavers that were sinking all over the place, plus we wanted to extend it so we can finally fit outdoor furniture on it and got a couple stairs off of the back door that are beautiful and safer to walk down.  We are very satisfied with the overall look of the new concrete patio, along with the stairs and walkway.  Lino was very genuine and kind and made this patio project very seamless and straightforward and got it all done in a day.

I had an existing patio that needed to be extended and they added a step down to creatively accommodate the weird slant in my yard. They extended my driveway and created a path so we can access the back yard. NOW, they canceled my original date of March 25. The weather was too cold. So, here is how they handled the situation. They called multiple times to ensure I knew they needed to reschedule. This is important because I work some nights. They promptly scheduled based on the weather for the following Monday. They called Sunday night to provide a window to arrive. They arrived on time and finished the work professionally. Please forgive the messy rocks, the rest is a work in progress now that we have the concrete done.

I had Lino and his guys come to repave my driveway and they did a wonderful job! Great quality work and fair pricing. Also, I'd like to thank Lino's office staff, Norma and Soledad, for helping me. They were always pleasant to speak with on the phone and they were great with keeping communication open with Lino and me. In a day where it's so hard to find good, honest contractors, I appreciate Lino and his team so much. Lino told me he wants to "make his customers happy," and he certainly did with me. My fiancé and I were very excited after getting our quote for our back patio, which went quickly and smoothly. Despite being one of our more expensive quotes, we elected to move forward with Residential Concrete Works for our patio job because of the high quality and fast schedule promised to us during the quote process. We assumed that by paying more, we would receive higher quality work. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The job started by the team announcing they were here to do a retaining wall. We were confused but confirmed with them that they were doing our back patio. We should have seen this as a red flag. There were several oversights and lazy techniques that occurred by our project team. To name a few, concrete was spilled not only on the street outside our home, but down our driveway and all over the new flagstone patio adjacent to the concrete install. Our grass was severely damaged, and will take new sod and soil repair to bring it back to its previous condition. The team disregarded our request to avoid our sprinkler system, and now our concrete slab covers a large portion of the sprinkler system. The team got concrete on the side of our 100 year old brick house, in several locations. The sealant was sprayed in stripes and left the patio looking unfinished. They clogged the main drain for our driveway with cement which ended up flooding our garage. Lastly, the team did not power wash the concrete, prior to sealing it, causing dirt and debris to be permanently sealed into the slab's surface. As for the quality of the work, just 2 days after the job was completed, a large crack appeared through an entire back section of the slab. We reached out to Residential Concrete Works to communicate our disappointment with the final product. We exhaustively requested that they send the individual who gave us the quote to walk the project with us. Three separate times they confirmed someone would show up to meet with us, and all three times no one came. We are extremely disappointed in our decision of choosing Residential Concrete Works, and will not be using them again for our upcoming projects. Please refer to pictures below. If you decide to use this company please do not pay them until the project is 100% done and to your satisfaction. You have been warned.

We chose the right company to replace our driveway! We are really happy with the efficiency and quality of Lino and his crews. We are impressed that it looks fantastic and that they were done in a little over half a day! Lino and a crew of five showed up on time and started removing the old driveway without wasting a minute. The old concrete was hauled away in multiple vehicles so there was no delay waiting for one truck to keep taking loads away. The surface was prepped nicely, the steel wire put in place and concrete was being poured in about two hours! The first crew apparently moved on to another job and another crew was seamlessly in their place doing the finishing work. We were quite surprised at their efficiency and the finished driveway looks fantastic. We presumed this would be a two full day process but they did a wonderful job in about six hours. We highly recommend Lino and Residential Concrete Works.

Lino and his guys were fast, competitive on price and did a great job. My wife and I were very happy with the result on the stamped concrete patio that Residential Concrete did at our house. Once we accepted the bid they were out the next afternoon to start the work and were finished the next morning.
