Highly recommend Residential Concrete Works! They were able to get me on the calendar quickly, and had my patio (700sq ft) poured within a few hours. They asked if they could come back a few days later to finish the job (pouring steps in my garage), which was no problem at all. We were told by the estimator/salesman Rick that they would bury our downspout, but this didn’t end up happening for a few reasons which were explained to us. As a concession, Lino offered to secure a fence post for us which we happily accepted. The bid felt very competitive, and it seems like these guys did really quality work! Lino is the type of business owner that just wants to make sure the customer is happy, which is the type of company I want to do business with!
Residential Concrete Works has been my go to contractor for stamped concrete patio/sidewalk work. Prices are extremely reasonable and they always have a quick turnaround with getting your work scheduled and completed (within a week or so). Rick is very fast and fair with quotes! The owner and his team do a great job with the install and they are very fast. Lino will always let you know if he orders surplus concrete and if there is a potential and beneficial way to expand your project. Don’t be afraid to negotiate so you feel like you are getting the best value for your dollar. I am extremely happy with my stamped concrete patio projects over the past 2 years! And it’s truly a family business as his kids are always involved and on the job site which is nice to see!
The work done was exceptional. I was amazed how soon I could schedule the work to be done, the price was right, they arrived at 7:30 and were completely done by 3:00 redoing both the driveway and patio. It was beautiful. Lino and his crew were great! Best price of several bids and they worked extremely fast, with quality work. Had an issue with sprinklers caused by some machinery and Lino stepped up and handled it, no questions asked. He even personally came by to help get some smaller parts of the old deck hauled away. We are so happy we used Residential Concrete Works to upgrade our outdoor space and invested in our home, it looks so much nicer. Don't hesitate, get it done!
We are so happy with the concrete work that we got done. Rick came out a couple weeks ago to give us an estimate and we were very happy that it was reasonably in our budget. Lino and his crew arrived on time and we walked through beforehand to clarify what we wanted done. Our stairs were sinking so we got those replaced. We wanted a walkway added from the driveway to the back gate instead of the rock that was previously there. Going in the backyard to the walkway was pavers with bushes lining either side. The whole patio had pavers that were sinking all over the place, plus we wanted to extend it so we can finally fit outdoor furniture on it and got a couple stairs off of the back door that are beautiful and safer to walk down. We are very satisfied with the overall look of the new concrete patio, along with the stairs and walkway. Lino was very genuine and kind and made this patio project very seamless and straightforward and got it all done in a day.
