Matthew
I purchased here because I believe in supporting small businesses. After waiting over 3 months for my order to come in, the wall caps were the wrong size and type. Not only would they not refund me, the owner was extremely hostile. There is a reason some small businesses remain small. Very petty, immature, and rude. Let this one die.

Poor customer service. Called to inquire regarding a specific product I needed to purchase but idiot that answered the phone had no clue and was entirely unhelpful.b

Always helps us out at Pool Tek. A hidden gem on the west side of town. Bulk materials and expert advise.
