On 4/9/2026 contacted this company to get an estimate to repair my front staircase. Sent pictures to Michael R. Perlow that same day. He responded that the job would be around $2900.00. On 4/14/2026, sent a message to Michael that I would like to use their company to do the project. He then asked me to send pictures of the entire set of stairs so that he could draw up a contract which I did. Also gave him a measurement of the span of the staircase. Well- today is 4/21/2026 and never hear back from him. E-mailed him that I was still waiting for a written contract and also left him a phone message. Thanks for wasting my time and not having the common courtesy to get back to me.

Darnell and Aaron did an outstanding job! I originally just needed my decks washed, but when I called to book, the owner Mike at Detailz gave me an amazing deal to include the whole house. Darnell and Aaron were professional, friendly, and extremely thorough. Every surface looks spotless, and it honestly feels like a brand new home. The attention to detail was incredible, they didn’t cut any corners. I’m so impressed with their work and the fantastic service from them. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch power washing!

Ilan was responsive to all inquiries and went above and beyond to assist with getting a permit approval. The permit approval process took over 7 months, but he maintained communication throughout the entire period. The project itself only took 1.5 days! I am so grateful for Ilan and his team and strongly recommend him for any brick repairs!

Hired Detailz to redo several exterior concrete stairways that were in poor shape. Couldn't recommend them enough. Communication was great, the crew was friendly, cleaned up well and the work was fantastic. Pricing was totally reasonable and happy to give these guys a 5 star review. Hard to find good masonry and hardscaping help in the area - would recommend them to anyone.

Detailz Construction does excellent work for a reasonable price. Mike will take the time to explain the process from start to finish. He also makes good recommendations as to what materials and designs will work best for your home. The job was completed quickly and without issue. The team is very professional and skilled. I would highly recommend this company. With this in mind, I plan to use Detailz Construction for some of my other masonry projects around the house in the future.
