Fusion stone looks great and easy to install.
Don't be inexperienced and get crushed stone with a 1 ton max trailer. They don't have a good way to control the amount. Trailer axel is bowed and tire is blown. Not sure how I'm getting home.Update: had someone from home bring my 2.5 ton jack. It struggled with the "1 ton" of stone, but I got the tire changed. Still can't drive it home as the axel is bowed to the point that the tires rub against the trailer. That's what blew the one tire.
Always have what I need. Sales Rep. Alec is the best, he deserves a raise! He knows everything and always provides me with samples of what I need to show clients so they feel confident in what they are purchasing.
I had a pleasant experience with Peter at the order desk - he took time and interest building a good relationship with me. Peter was patient, flexible and had a great command of product knowledge. Peter thanked me and promoted a positive, helpful and friendly environment at Simcoe, I left with a great impression. I took an inordinate amount of time settling on a product (due to the vast and impressive selection), looking at favorable options and pricing for my concrete block raised vegetable bed. We kept our distance inside the building and the yard when viewing samples. I received a great price, reasonably timely delivery (given that I lived well south of Barrie). Props to the delivery driver as well, also very courteous and patient, he placed my order exactly where I needed it to be. Great first-time experience and will use Simcoe Masonry for future projects.
I had a different experience. I wanted to build a fire pit area in my backyard and went into the store with a general idea of what I wanted but was also looking for suggestions and pricing. The man at the desk rolled his eyes and barely gave me the time of day. Having just purchased a new-build home, I will be taking my business elsewhere when I complete my front entryway and fire pit area.
