Jordan at Tech-Crete was fabulous. He assessed my basement and did not try to up sell me. He and his brother put in a new sump pump for me which will make my life so much easier as the old one was put in hastily years before in a poor location during a flood. He took out the old pump filled and concreted the hole so now I have easier and safer access to my furnace. He cleaned the entire area after he was finished installing the new pump. He explained what he would need to do for further work if I chose to do so. My basement is just for storage as it was built in 1867. The pump will give me advantages for my dehumidifier and any water which may occur in the basement during a winter melt. Thank you Jordan
From our initial contact with Tech-Crete Services to the finished work, our experience with Jordan and Jason was exceptional. We live in a very old house that has always had a wet basement during the spring thaw. This past spring, it became apparent that something had to be done. Jordan and Jason dug up our problem area, put in the proper drainage pipes, installed new concrete and greatly improved our sump pump issues. I am confident this coming spring will be nice and dry! These two guys had to lug a lot of heavy old pieces of concrete and soil through a small basement window and did it with a smile! They left the work area neat and tidy. Their pricing was reasonable considering all of the work that went into this project. Thank you for a job well done. We are hoping their services won’t be required again, but if they are, we will not hesitate to use Tech-Crete in the future.
