I hired this company in spring 2021 to redo the brickwork and parging on the side of my front steps. Within a year, the bricks began chipping and falling again. I emailed the company in 2022 about the issue, but never received a response.It wasn’t until I posted a review that the contractor replied publicly, claiming he had warned me the bricks would fall back. This was never communicated to me at any point before, during, or after the job — and it contradicts the fact that my original email went unanswered.Since then, more bricks have fallen and a large gap has formed that now exposes part of my foundation. A different mason has since explained that the real issue is a missing drip line/control joint along the concrete, which allows water and snowmelt to run directly down the brickwork. This underlying cause was never identified or disclosed by the contractor who did the repair.Had I been told about the actual cause, I would not have spent thousands on a repair that was destined to fail. I’m sharing this so other homeowners are aware: the work did not last, the root cause was not explained, and my follow-up email was ignored until a negative review appeared.
Adam and his crew have assisted with several residential masonry jobs. Namely, chimney and wall repairs. He and his crew are professional, punctual, fair and we would trust them with any masonry job(s) in the future.
Above and beyond! We had a serious leak inside the house and Adam showed up quickly to address the situation. He had a team ready to go within a couple of days and they did a superb job replacing our window sills. Furthermore, we began to get another leak from faulty window frames put in by a previous owner and Adam showed up again quickly to tackle the issue.Courteous, professional and prompt.HIGHLY commend this company for being there when needed the most!
