The concrete is still green however I feel quite sure that the results will be great. Structure integrity I like.Sam the Concrete Man did a great job. Very Clean with no Property Damage or excess debris left behind.Before & After Photos are included.
Noah and the crew did a great job helping us plan the pad for a greenhouse with a trench drain! We were able to get on the schedule quickly, and the morning of the pour they made needed adjustments on the fly and stayed with the project until it was done. The slope toward the drain is undetectable when walking but effective—perfect. This is our second project using Sam the Concrete Man. The driveway is three years old and looks brand new, so we have high hopes for this one too.
We had been looking for contractors to do a new patio for us. The new patio would be about 42’x26’ of new concrete. The first two contractors never really came through with pictures of previous projects, layout ideas or anything. Then I found Sam The Concrete Man on FB. Filled out my information and an associate called me within an an hour and I had an appointment scheduled. Being a former contractor myself I appreciate when people are on time. Text messages to confirm appointments was nice. Noah arrived on time reviewed options of just concrete, coloring and stamping. Had pictures and color samples to review. Once we settled on the stamped concrete and color we were on the schedule. On the first day met with crew doing the work. Alan was helpful in explaining what he needed to do and the options we had for drainage. It took only two days for the grading, forms , steel, pouring, finishing and sealing to be completed . We highly recommend Sam The Concrete Man.
