Me and my wife have been planning this bathroom for a long time and we interviewed multiple companies before choosing who to trust. Some bids came in crazy high, from 45k all the way to 75k, and honestly a few of them didn’t even take the time to explain the process.Blue Lake Construction was different right from the start. Leo took us to the showroom to see materials in person and helped us build a clear, detailed scope of work so we knew exactly what we’re paying for. Their bid came at 40k which was already better than anything we got, but the biggest thing was the process — the communication felt open, easy, and no stress.During the project, any worry we had was taken care of fast. I want to share my experiance with Blue Lake Construction, because honestly they saved my whole project. I’m 35 and was building an outdoor space in my house in Brier with an elevator for my mom, and also getting everything ready for my wedding this coming spring. I originally signed with another company but they struggled for months just trying to get the permit approved. It honestly stressed me out like crazy because the wedding date was getting closer and nothing was moving.I reached out to Leo at Blue Lake Construction and from the first meeting I felt like things finally going in the right direction. He took over the project, handled all the paperwork, resubmitted the plans under his company, and got the permit approved in like 3 weeks. No delays, no excuses. After that, the build started right away and they didn’t fail even one inspection.The work itself came out incredible. Everything is built from Ipe wood, the highest quality you can get, and you can really see the difference. The deck, the stairs, the covered roof connection to the original roof, the lighting, the stain color — it all came out perfect. The elevator is smooth and safe for my mom, and the whole outdoor space looks like something out of a luxury magazine.I was super stressed in the beginning but Leo and his team made the whole thing easy and profesional. They finished exactly when they promised and the result is better than I imagined.
