I had my basement remodeled and added a bathroom with Blue Lake Construction team. They did a terrific job! Our bathroom turned out exactly how I imagined it, and the project manager, Josh, really brought my vision to life. The floor tile was done with exquisite precision, and they kept everything clean and organized the whole way through. Everyone was easy to work with, professional, and knowledgeable about their stuff. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work on their home.

The team and Tim came in redid the bathroom floor in my home tile was cracked and sinking the crew came in replaced the floor in 1 day no more bouncy floor solid all the way , they came in and got to work and finished we love what we have now the the kids do too! I'm from Kirkland and I want to share my experiance working with Blue Lake Construction on our master bathroom remodel. Me and my wife have been planning this bathroom for a long time and we interviewed multiple companies before choosing who to trust. Some bids came in crazy high, from 45k all the way to 75k, and honestly a few of them didn’t even take the time to explain the process. Blue Lake Construction was different right from the start. Leo took us to the showroom to see materials in person and helped us build a clear, detailed scope of work so we knew exactly what we’re paying for. Their bid came at 40k which was already better than anything we got, but the biggest thing was the process — the communication felt open, easy, and no stress. During the project, any worry we had was taken care of fast. We always knew what was happening each day, and the team really made the effort to get things right and make sure we’re happy. It was honestly really easy to deal with Leo and the rest of the crew. The final result is amazing: -stand-alone tub -double shower -double vanity -smart toilet install Everything came out clean, modern, and exactly the way we imagined it when we were designing it for months. I’m super happy we chose Blue Lake Construction. Profesional, honest, and the best communication we had with any contractor we talked to. I want to share my experiance with Blue Lake Construction, because honestly they saved my whole project. I’m 35 and was building an outdoor space in my house in Brier with an elevator for my mom, and also getting everything ready for my wedding this coming spring. I originally signed with another company but they struggled for months just trying to get the permit approved. It honestly stressed me out like crazy because the wedding date was getting closer and nothing was moving. I reached out to Leo at Blue Lake Construction and from the first meeting I felt like things finally going in the right direction. He took over the project, handled all the paperwork, resubmitted the plans under his company, and got the permit approved in like 3 weeks. No delays, no excuses. After that, the build started right away and they didn’t fail even one inspection. The work itself came out incredible. Everything is built from Ipe wood, the highest quality you can get, and you can really see the difference. The deck, the stairs, the covered roof connection to the original roof, the lighting, the stain color — it all came out perfect. The elevator is smooth and safe for my mom, and the whole outdoor space looks like something out of a luxury magazine. I was super stressed in the beginning but Leo and his team made the whole thing easy and profesional. They finished exactly when they promised and the result is better than I imagined.
