Homecore Construction

Jake and the HomeCore team were exceptional from start to finish. Jake took the time to build a genuine relationship with me and never made me feel rushed into a decision. His communication was consistent and right on time throughout the entire process. As luck would have it, I had the funds ready for a much-needed walkway along the front and side of my home, and the HomeCore team delivered beyond expectations. They installed over 60 feet of concrete in just a couple of days—fast, efficient, and high-quality work. No more muddy footprints, and my wife absolutely loves the new walkway. We’re already planning our next project, finishing the front porch and I’ll definitely be reaching out to HomeCore again. It is refreshing to finally find a construction company that is both trustworthy and attentive to projects that may be beyond the scope of a typical DIY effort. I have full confidence in Jake and the team and look forward to partnering with them on future home improvements. Thanks Jake and take care!!!

We were originally planning to sell our house as-is after receiving an appraisal of $780,000. After speaking with Jake from Homecore, he walked us through a smart plan that showed how a targeted investment could significantly increase the home’s value. He was confident, honest, and never pushy—just very knowledgeable. We decided to move forward, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we made. Thanks to Jake’s guidance and Homecore’s work, we were able to sell the house for $1.1 million, far exceeding our expectations. The return on investment was incredible. Working with Jake was an absolute pleasure. He was always on top of everything—timing, details, communication—and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. His crew was polite, professional, and clearly cared about the quality of their work. They handled everything from redoing the driveway, addressing mold in the attic, improving the front porch, and taking care of several smaller items throughout the house. The attention to detail and organization really stood out. We were amazed by the results and couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend Jake and Homecore to anyone looking to maximize their home’s value and work with a team that truly delivers.
