Sorin sent his architect Kasia to first talk about design options for adding a kitchenette to create an ADU. Kasia was thoughtful and careful in her plan. Then Sorin sent an estimate which was thorough and very fair in its price and scope. I talked with Sorin about possible modifications and he took the time needed to talk through my concerns. Sorin and his team recently replaced our rotted balcony with a beautiful new steel and redwood deck.
