Henry was very knowledgeable and professional for the entire project. He made great design and construction suggestions from the very beginning, especially slope and grade considerations.
The work was complete on schedule to our complete satisfaction. In fact, it exceeded our expectations. Henry kept us informed throughout the process. Any issues that arose during the project were quickly and properly addressed, e.g. the supplier did not have the size rebar that the project called for so he up sized it with no additional charge, the morning of the pour we wanted the step a little larger, no problem he modified the forms and made the sure the extra concrete was delivered.
His 20+ years of concrete experience were very apparent. The project was quicker than we expected, less expensive than we estimated and the finished project exceeded our expectations.

We had a great experience working with Hank at P&H Concrete. The quality of the work turned out really well, and everything was done with care and attention to detail. Hank was also just a genuinely nice guy to work with—easy to communicate with, honest, and professional throughout the process.

If you’re looking for someone reliable who does solid concrete work, I’d definitely recommend Hank and P&H Concrete.

Hank was great to work with. He and his two crew worked quickly and efficiently, and added additional rebar at my request. The pad turned out great and will serve us and any future owners well as a place to park our RV.

I moved into a house where a large patio was crumbling. He (Hank) simply poured over the patio. He was supposed to add color as well. He was very friendly and accommodating at first. When I questioned the lack of color he became defensive and ghosted me. When I wouldn’t let it go he sent me a check for $150. Another contractor told me I overpaid for this work. (5g). Then to add insult to injury the water collects up in corners near the house after each rain and snow melt & I have to sweep each time to keep it from decaying where the concrete was poured so it was above the foundation that the house is sitting on. I was told that because I am a single female that I was taken advantage of by Hank. I only had a scribbled handwritten piece of paper from him. He was charismatic and friendly and seemed to know what he was doing. Now I know better when I hire anyone. Hank only cares about the $.
RESPONSE: NOT a false review. Yes you did do this work Hank. 10 years ago. It should have held up that long. But because you do shoddy work Hank it looks ancient and is not holding up. The fact that you get so defensive in these one star reviews points to what lousy customer service you provide. You attempt to bully women who stand up to you. I almost took you to small claims court but you disappeared for awhile. You take advantage of women clients and you know it! Beware of this California transplant Billings home owners!

Henry (and team) we're very prompt and did an excellent job on our patio/stairs. We were on a tight schedule due to our pending nuptials and the after party would be on the patio. Henry showed up and knocked it out in two days! I wouldn't hesitate to work with him and his crew again ??

Frequently Asked Questions

Typical jobs include patios, walkways, steps, driveways, and RV or small equipment pads. The team also pours small commercial slabs and can handle removal and replacement when an existing surface has deteriorated.

Yes. Projects are planned with slope and grade in mind to move water away from structures. During the estimate, the crew reviews site conditions and discusses options to improve drainage performance.

Start dates depend on season and workload, but smaller residential projects often schedule within weeks. Many patio or pad pours complete in a few days, with curing and light use guidance provided after finishing.

Reinforcement options such as rebar grids or fiber additives can be included based on load and soil conditions. The crew will explain recommended reinforcement during the quote and incorporate it into the scope.

Basic broom and smooth finishes are common, and color or decorative choices may be available depending on materials and site conditions. Options are reviewed up front so expectations on appearance and maintenance are clear.
