Do not use this company!! Bad experience from beginning of the order. Was told price a lot less then what has been charged. Financed through the finance company they chose so they could charge my account when and how much they wanted and at different time frames that I was told by salesman. They charged me 2500 for a permit I did not require and then resisted refunding my money for permit. I told them exactly what the building would be used for and required ramps so that boats could be backed into the building. They worded the contract as “slope needed nothing about ramps. So had to pay an additional contractor to bring rock in to butt up to the concrete pad to make a so called ramp to help back into building. It took 3 months to get the concrete poured instead of 4 to 6 weeks that I was quoted. Then I called the production team and the boss said 3 to 4 weeks to get the building completed. Now they are telling me 4 to 6 weeks just to get on the schedule for the build. The order and loan was started on April 2 and told everything would be completed by August 1. Here it is August 12 and they are saying it won’t even get on schedule for 6 weeks possibly. In the mean time I am having to pay the interest on the loan of over $300 a month. Plus finance company texted me to approve that the project was substantially complete. I don’t even have a date for the building how can they report that it is finished? The communication with so many different people and each one making excuses why nothing has been done. Communication has been absolutely terrible. I only had 72 hrs to get out of the contract which I had no idea until I complained and told them to cancel my order and refund my money I have had to spend on interest so far. Over $1200. So contract was written up incorrectly, dates I was provided by salesman has not even been close to the time frames he described and cost is way more so far then originally quoted by salesman. Just don’t use them, especially if you are in a different state! You will be sorry!! I am now worried what kind of building I will be getting and the quality when it is finally done.

Never answer their calls. This building took 4 months to build and that was with me leaving several messages. The process for concrete was two days and the building was two days but 4 months and I was left with all the cleanup, they didn’t even pull up the boards for the concrete form.

Casey was very helpful in helping me get the porch that I wanted. She knew what she was talking about, very kind! I spoke with Jeremiah also about a carport. I wasn’t sure if they could do this, but he came up with a design that was very impressive. He let me know what time his crew was going to be there the next morning. They were there on time and completed the project by the end of the day. I would recommend Christ Built to anyone who might be looking for a job well done!
