I don’t like writing negative reviews, especially for local companies, but I am just speechless at all of the good reviews that this company has and how Merchant actually left our house.We have a stamped driveway and wanted to get it redone as it had a few cracks. The owner, Brad, assured us that he was the best and that he would deliver. The next part is somewhat of a nightmare.The pictures will speak for themselves, but the stamps were so horrifically uneven into the concrete and none of the starting lines were straight at all. It was so terrible that we had other contractors come to see if maybe we were missing something and they were all in agreement that it was a very sad and very bad job. We could have let him retry, but it was so bad the first time that we lost all confidence in this company. They left our yard an absolute mess as well and have abandoned of us. We have to get everything that they did ripped up and redone without any type of refund from what has been paid out so far. The terrible slab in the pictures you are seeing is $10,000 down the drain.Brad himself agreed it was not good and said he was going to make this right. Crickets. We had to hire someone else yesterday as we have not heard from him in over a week and need a finished driveway.
This company went above and beyond my expectations the owner seemed very well trained and I'm completely happy with my new concrete slab and the job was cleaned up well

Brad and his team did an amazing job. Came out for an estimate and after our first meet, I knew he was honest and trustworthy. Took care of the entire project and answered all my questions. Great communication throughout the entire process as well. Did everything as promised and worked fast without sacrificing quality.
