We had our front and rear patios done as well as our front steps. After much back and forth with Pash, they completely the work in a couple of weeks. However, I noticed after one winter, without using damaging salt in the concrete, our steps and front patio were flaking horribly. I sent photos to Pash and he said they received a bad batch of concrete and would come and rectify the situation. They came back in the spring and dug up the concrete along side my driveway but not the front steps. They replaced the concrete on the sides of the driveway but only did some shotty patchwork on our steps. It didn’t even blend in well and looked so bad. Come another winter and the steps have flaked even more. I have reached out several times to Pash and he has ignored my messages and won’t redo the job that wasn’t done properly to begin with. This is now what our steps look like (attached). I have to pay out again to another company to have this fixed since these guys won’t stand behind their work. Not impressed at all. Bad concrete is not your fault but ignoring fixing it, bad for business.

Response to your reply: I could care less if you’re not a fan of my husband because he called you out on cutting corners , you were paid for a job in full, we didn’t owe any extra because you literally never came back to finish your job. You wanted $1000 extra for an extra foot of concrete and then proceeded to pour crap concrete. Your patch work on my steps was now two years because you ignored my text to you when I sent it last year. Your business was with me and you were every bit unprofessional, just like your response. Bottom line is you had a job to fulfill and chose not to because of your personal feelings.

We has Pashstone Masoney replace a bottom brick that had fallen off and broken at the front of the house. (garage area) But the crew also pointed out a fine crack that ran the length of the garage from where that brick originated and advised it best to repair that too. Job was expertly done and brick colour was beautifully matched! Price was reasonable and would highly recommend!

They bring a positive energy and are professional, respectful and courteous, fun and attentive, actually know what they were doing/talking about, are very reliable and trustworthy, truly fair priced, set very clear expectations along the way, did an amazing job and cared enough to actually pivot from the original plan several times to add new/modified components to the plan and make it work without worry and without making us feel like it was a burden.

Prior to connecting with Andrian, we had reached out to other contractors, each more eager to let us know how the pandemic has impacted them negatively and that it will impact pricing; Andrian didn't, he made us feel he only cared about making us happy and fulfilling our vision for our backyard.

When we found Pashstone Masonry, Andrian made himself available the same day to come talk to us; the next day they were already breaking ground.

They did a lot of work in a relatively short time;
- replacing our side entrance exit deck with flagstone steps,
- installing interlock pavers from the steps to the fence,
- building gates on each side of the house,
- replacing our utility room window,
- digging two 24inches deep trenches that are about 110 feet long each to pass electrical & gas,
- leveling the entire backyard and sides of the house,
- compacting the soil where our new pool was going to be installed,
- laying a concrete pad for our pool equipment enclosure,
- laying gravel alongside the pool and
- laying grass throughout the rest of the backyard space.

When these guys tell you they will be there, they actually show up EVERY SINGLE TIME (other contractors we delt with in the past were not half the time).

I would easily give more than 5 stars if I could.
