This year we made a decision to replace our 26 year old weed infested interlocking brick driveway. After a lot of thought we chose to go with a stamped concrete driveway and sidewalks.As we researched local contractors who could complete this type of work, we contacted a few companies and chose Royal Construction for a number of reasons. We spoke with Cody Bowerman by phone and requested an appointment to review the scope of the project and the cost of what would be involved for completion of such a large driveway. He contacted us shortly afterwards with a price that we felt was fair. We decided to go with this company as we felt he shared our vision with what design we had in mind. We viewed one of his previous projects and were comfortable with hiring them to do the job.A time and a day were set and Cody and his team arrived and confirmed the details of the project. As well Cody made a couple of suggestions to improve the design which we agreed to.The team spent a lot of time preparing the driveway after removing the brick and installing many reinforcing bars to give a solid foundation for the concrete. The team spent a lot of effort finishing the concrete and stamping the design to perfection.Cody and his team were very friendly, talented, very hardworking and creative. Our neighbours love the new driveway and so do we.If we could give more stars we would as they are deserving of it.
Can not rave enough about Royal Construction and Seals.From quotation to final product Cody and his team have been timely, honest, hardworking, and so many other good qualities.Cody would answer any question or clarification I needed during the quoting process along with while his team was doing the work.Cody and his team are very knowledgeable and know what they are doing and their price point is great too!!The stamped front sidewalk and back patio with stairs turned out better than we could have thought, and if I ever need concrete work or if someone else does I would recommend this company.
Cody did an amazing job! I was treated like family (the good kind ??). Work was started and ended on time. He even sealed my existing concrete so the new addition and old both look awesome. Prices very fair. Will be using and recommending him again!!
