Drove 20 min to pick up basic material because the girl at the desk said it was in stock. Turns out, she didn’t even get up to check correctly. Now I’m driving 40 min in the opposite direction. If I ever call again, I will immediately ask for manager to check for materials to ensure I’m not wasting my time.
