Josh and his team re-sealed our tired stamped pool concrete. They were prompt, efficient and friendly. Not only was the work itself amazing, but Josh has a great eye for detail...He suggested a change in color to the concrete, which we didn't even know was possible, and it was a perfect upgrade. The surface had also been slippery, so they added texture to completely solve that issue, also at Josh's suggestion. The process was inherently messy, but they did a fantastic job cleaning everything up, and now our concrete looks even better than the day it was insalled! On top of that, with the added texture, it's even more functional and safe than it was before. If you're in the market for any concrete work at all, Real Help is the way to go. I can't recommend them enough!
Josh and Crew were just Great! Truly dedicated to their work and Appearance of the job when completed ! I would highly recommend Real Help Concrete for any job you may need. Crew working was very Friendly and Caring about their Work! ?? 100%
For over 13 years, we’ve trusted Real Help with projects at two of our homes, including the design and installation of two beautiful patios. From start to finish—design, pouring, stamping, coloring, and sealing—the entire process was handled with professionalism and attention to detail. He and his team did an outstanding job, and we especially love the color he helped us choose—it came out exactly how we envisioned. We’ve recommended Real Help to friends and family, and they’ve all been just as happy with their work. It’s hard to find a company this reliable and consistent over the years. If you’re looking for quality craftsmanship and great service, you really can’t go wrong choosing them.
I would not recommend this company to anyone. As soon as the job is over you are basically on your own. I had my driveway redone about 1 month ago and within a couple weeks my basement flooded for the very first time in the 15 years I have owned the house. I find it highly unlikely that these 2 things are not related. The hot water tank and washing machine both needed to be replaced. Multiple attempts to contact the owner went unanswered. He visited once to inspect the issue but has not followed through on any of his claims of trying to help, and is now flat out ignoring me.I began pursuing ways to fix the issue on my own. After multiple visits from a plumber we were able to determine that Real Hell concreted over the existing sewer clean out/access trap.In the process of re doing the driveway they somehow missed the hole in the ground and filled that hole with all sorts of debris. Dirt/gravel/concrete, idk exactly what is in there yet, but whatever it was caused a clog in the sewer pipe that requires access to the sewer clean out to clear. The owner has repeatedly ignored my attempts to contact him and work with him on finding a solution. I have already spent $5,000+ to fix their mistake, and will need to spend probably another $2,000+ to fully fix their mistake.Do not use Real Help.
We needed a concrete border poured around our existing patio pad to allow for the incorporation of a covered patio structure to be able to be completed. We found this out on the kind of short notice side. I called around to no fewer than 12 companies to tell them what I wanted and that I needed it on the sooner rather than later side. I called Josh and I believe he called me right back. i discussed the project on the phone and sent diagrams and he came out within a day or 2 (I honestly do not remember). Between picking him as our concrete contractor and him being at my house pouring concrete I think took a week total. He did talk to me about parlaying our desire for a concrete fire pit area we planned on in the future to be at this time too and I am so glad we did.Now for the crew and how the job was done. They were all consummate professionals and honestly a delight to have at my house. They checked with me often on various details and the final quality of the pour, stamping and coloring could not have been surpassed by any one else out there. It came out amazing and the cherry on the top was that the company/crew/Josh was a joy to deal with. I've already passed out Josh's contact card to other contractors in need of a good concrete guy (as they said they are typically "a dime a dozen". Thank you, Josh and Team.
