We needed our, 1960s bricks which is no longer made, to be removed, and reused around two new windows.Mark and his crew were top notch. They were able to save the existing bricks from different places around the house. The crew came back and relaid the bricks with no issues.Proper expectations were set and they exceeded them!
I have been living in the same home since my birth in 1958. The house was built by my Dad from 1955 to 1957. Needless to say I have a huge sentimental attachment to my home.The front stairway area entrance to my home started to show it's age. All concrete, and masonry. The bottom half of my split level is all brick. I had sunken landings, cracked bricks, and broken concrete.I called Select Construction because of the good reviews, and they were located close to my home. Select Construction came within a few days of my call to give me an estimate for a total repair job. I liked the price, and details of what had to be done (It was a BIG job) Within a few weeks the work was underway. it was a several day project, and Mark from Select Construction kept me right up to date, as to the progress of the job. When I saw the finished product I was absolutely thrilled with the outcome. Top quality work, and a perfect product. I am so pleased with the outcome that I'm having Select Construction rebuild my planters at the end of my driveway!
Mark and his team were amazing from start to finish as they constructed a brand new porch for me. Communication was perfect from start to finish. They showed up every day at the exact time they said they would. They cleaned up everything and I mean every little thing. They were a very thorough working team doing quality work and you don’t see that too much anymore. They were friendly and courteous . I’ve received so many compliments on my porch from everyone. I would highly recommend Mark and his team! I had such a hard time finding anyone to give me an estimate let alone get back to me and Mark was there within a day of reaching out and was honest with every step of the project. He was very easy going and very easy to work with.
I've used Select Construction Company twice this year to do some foundation work on my home and both experiences were 10/10. The pricing is fair, scheduling fast and easy, and the work is top notch. The work crew are very punctual, respectful, and made sure we were satisfied throughout the process. They had to unhook our gas dryer to perform the work and discovered a flex hose needed to be replaced. Mark the owner came by the next morning on a Saturday to handle that for us free of charge which says a lot about how much he cares about his customers. I highly recommend Select Construction Co.!
I was very fussy about the color and stone texture I wanted for my front porch steps and landing. Mark went out of his way to find exactly the right product and then proceeded to remove the 62 year old flagstone, level the steps up with concrete, install the new stone treads and risers. My front porch will look great for a long time! Look at at the before and after photos. Thank you Mark.
