Marcon has recently completed a 2 story extension on our home in Burlington. We chose to work with them based on long-time presence working in this community and strong word of mouth referrals. Rick and Joel were absolutely fantastic to work with. We really appreciated ease of communication with the team, and transparency of the overall process. The whole Marcon crew who worked on our site was friendly, professional and clearly very skilled in their work. Likewise, any additional sub-trades that came to the house operated with the same level of professionalism. Marcon took our vision and worked with us every step of the way to create a new space that has truly elevated our home inside and out. We could not be happier with the results and will absolutely be looking to work with them again on any future projects!

We have used Marcon se real times over the years and they have always been thorough and professional. We started with a small extension to the kitchen but later did a full renovation on the main floor of our house. Communication was great, the people working on site (both Marcon people and subcontractors) were very capable and conscientious. The whole job went very smoothly. A few years later we had some small outside jobs like replacing some side fencing. These were relatively small but Marcon happily helped out due to our long term relationship. That was appreciated. They are not the cheapest around but I found them to be excellent value for money. I would definitely use them again.

We reached out to Marcon to do a main floor addition, mud room and kitchen remodel and couldn't be happier with our completed renovations. Not only were they professional, the attention to detail was amazing not to mention they were on time. Will definitely be using them for any future home improvement projects and would recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their home.

It’s likely that I have used Marcon Construction more than anyone else. The list of jobs includes: 1) Carport to family room conversion (1997), 2) Roof over deck by pool (2019), 3) Extra Cabinets in Kitchen, Renovations to bathroom, window replacement along back of house, rehabilitation of existing deck at side of house (2024), 4) Pergola over hot tub, new fence, window replacement at the front of house (2025). I use Marcon because they deliver exactly what I ask for. Their workers are outstanding and professional. The management team is kept me engaged and informed before, during and after the job. I would recommend Marcon to anyone without hesitation.

Excellent design advice when needed. On-site job supervision is outstanding. Very responsive. Always able to resolve any unexpected issues, which often happen during a major renovation.
