When Tony came out to the house, he assessed the situation and gave us a lot of valuable information. Then, he broke down the quote so we could make informed decisions about the scope of the project. We sought out multiple quotes and Tony's was the only one that addressed all, not just some, of the issues. We were able to choose, with confidence, which issues to address now and never felt pressured into doing more. Zack, the on-site project manager, was incredible! He is THE person to have running the project. Polite and positive, he was an excellent communicator and was always on top of the project. He answered all of our questions with impressive knowledge and a genuine smile. Zack and his team (John, Julio, Trevor, and Curt) were knowledgeable, hardworking and always courteous. They each had expertise in different areas and worked amazingly well together to provide quality throughout all areas of the project. It was a massive project with many different types of work being done: multiple concrete pads, a large driveway apron, reinforcing failing garage walls, core filling and rebar, removal of a large concrete patio, removal and replacement of select deck footings, extensive tiling and correctly grading the land around the back of the house. Tony assured us that if any issues were uncovered as they dug into the project, they'd be discussed with us before any action was taken. As with any project, hidden concerns were uncovered. We were notified as any concerns arose and we were informed about options for if and how to fix them. There were no big surprises and each item was quoted fairly. Pricing for the changes was reasonable and in line with the original quote. Again, we were able to make informed decisions and didn't feel pressured into adding any additional items.
