I hired to Matt demolish a chimney in Kitchener that was in hazardous shape and he did the job safely, professionally and very fast. I had gotten estimates from a few contractors prior and Matt's was the most competitively priced. I strongly recommend calling and getting a quote from him if you need any masonry work done.

I called Matt about doing some brickwork to our front porch. Excellent workmanship, great price, On time, went the extra mile. When Matt pulled out our stairs, we realized there was more work than anticipated. Matt finished the work at the price quoted, and even went the extra mile to fix a couple of joints that needed pointing. He fit us in the next day that we called and his work was great. I highly recommend Stone Haven Developments for foundation work. Matt did a 2 stage concrete injection and hydraulic cement to repair a cracked foundation. It was done in a timely manner at a reasonable price. He was careful not to bring any dirt in the house. He used a vacuum while working to keep the dust to a minimum during the repair. He cleaned up when he was done. I am very pleased with the outcome. He stands behind his work. It’s a comfort to know my house is sealed up properly.

Matt and his crew just completed three projects at my farm. Project 1 Repair an existing brick chimney. project 2 Build a garden wall around my farm sign and flag pole. project 3 Build an outdoor fireplace adjacent to my pool deck. Without the benefit of detailed plans Matt and his guys were able to turn my visions into reality. The crew worked hard to stay on schedule and complete the job timely. Matt provided options and guidance to produce the desired final product. We are very happy with the final product and can’t wait to show it off to family and friends.
