Professional, Thorough attention to detail, hard-working, very polite, I am very satisfied with Charles baxter company. He redid my whole front porch and was meticulous. He didn’t have to do it, but he did because his company wanted to own what it looked like. I’m very happy with it. the price was right and his workers were awesome.
C Baxter rebuilt the brick stairs on my house and I am beyond impressed. They made every effort to provide a streamlined service and the crew does amazing masonry work. Shirley is communicative and prompt, Chuck takes pride in his work and is honest.Seriously call them first, they are the standard.
Several areas on our brick needed tuck pointing. In mid-November, we contacted C Baxter Masonry, knowing it was probably the end of the season for masonry work. Chuck came out the next day to assess the job and provided an estimate. He said that if there was a break in the weather before year-end, he would get the tuckpointing done. Shirley contacted us mid-December advising that the work might be able to get done because one day’s temperature forecast was expected to be in the 50’s. The forecast was correct and Shirley contacted us the day before. Chuck and Jeff arrived first thing that morning and were able to finish the job that day while the temperatures cooperated. Their attention to detail, precision craftsmanship, and awesome customer service/communication are second to none. We highly recommend C Baxter Masonry.
We are very happy with experience we had working with Chick and his team. Going into the project, we weren’t sure what exactly we wanted as far as the stone. They advised us well and were professional on the job. Price was good.Ultimately the proof is in the project. The results were fantastic. Another of our concerns was how long it will look so good. Here are before and after pictures. The after pictures are 1 year after the project was finished. We are still thrilled. Many neighbors and passers-by mention how great it looks. We recommend them unreservedly.
