We do not feel lucky commisioning this company for a concrete planter along our pooldeck.-Timeline: a "2 day job" turned into 3 weeks. As we had to shut off that sprinkler zone, the grass was dying and we had to use our own water to water it with the hose, all this time.-Process:A) zero help in pointing out issues like sprinklers that had to be moved before their work, a pool overflow that was going to spill in the planter.B) The owner Joe was in the habit of disappearing for hours, leaving his coworker without transportation or even water or anything to do. The man spoke no English and just sat and laid around for hours in our backyard.C) while Joe was good with texting, he often texted that they weren't going to come when they said they would.-Result: awfully shoddy job, with huge gaps at the joints - the result of taking 3 weeks pouring it bit by small bit - and bulges where the planter connects with the pool deck. We are paying our stucco guy a small fortune to smooth out the mess. Also we said the planter should be 19 inches high and we have 12. They dumped a bunch of sand in front of the planter to cover up that it is short, and shorter at one end than at the other. We do not recommend this company.
