This company is disappointing..Company gives you the run around, Andy gets upset cause I’m using another business since he said he doesn’t have enough trucks to pour my foundation. He first said “I might as well do all the concrete and not get another company.” Than he said “No, you’ll be using another company so I can’t help you with any.” Well what is it, he doesn’t want competition but can’t help a paying customer?? He states he’s been in business for 20 years, so he gets comfortable treating customers horribly, treating customers the way he does he’ll shortly be out of business. , what kind of company is he running? I would not recommend wasting your time with Andy or his company, such an unprofessional company!
Very Dependable and fantastic service.
So unprofessional I ordered concrete a week in advance also called the day before delivery to confirm and they confirmed delivery was for 12oclock noon. The day of delivery I received a phone call at 11:11 that they were going to cancel due to a truck issue, Are you serious??
