I was very impressed with Jeff’s communication and willingness to go the extra mile when our project met some unexpected delays with over-saturated soil caused by a leak in a city waterline 20 yards from our work site. And since this area was in natural low spot in the terrain, they added extra sub base at no cost to help prevent any degradation overtime due to any future soggy soil under the road caused from future leaks or natural underground water flow. KassaBilt was timely and highly communicative through the whole project even with all the complications out of our control.
