Mr. Tucker redone my porch & turned it into a wrap around deck for my entire house. He was reasonably priced & did OUTSTANDING work! If anyone needs there porch, deck, fences, driveways or anything to that nature done & want someone who's going to do it right the first time & fair prices, I highly recommend you contacting Mr. Tucker!!

This company was going to do a small concrete driveway job. The job was canceled due to not having the correct equipment to do the job and not having a crew. $2500 was given up front for materials. The owner Rocky worked 1 day, and I asked for my money back minus the cost of equipment rental and his 1 day of work, and Rocky refused to return my $2500. BEWARE OF GIVING UP FRONT MONEY TO THIS  INDIVIDUAL!!!!! HE IS VERY NICE AND BELIEVABLE, PROMISING YOU THE BEST WORK BEWARE!! And yes I signed his contract, but that's just his way of making you think he has a legit company. BEWARE!!

You committed fraud. I want my $2500 back minus your 1 day of work and cost of rental on Skid Steer. Your first day of work you messaged me and told me that you was not coming because you could not get rental, I know (Sunbelt had Skid Steer to rent because I called and ask them) the 2nd day you messaged me and told me that you did not have anyone to help you because they would not get out of bed. The 3rd day after I messaged you, you said Sunbbelt still did not have a rental and that you was not paying $300 and some dollars to rent a big Skid Steer. You led me on about starting this job from 3/11/24 to the day you started on 3/13/24 with equipment that was to small and the trailer that the skid steer was on to haul dirt away. You know that you did not
have the correct equipment and crew to do my job, just you and your uncle that had a pickup truck. You worked 2 hours the day you delivered the Skid Steer and you did not know how to run the equipment. You came back the next day around 10am you worked about a hour and turned the Skid Steer over. That's when I decided to end the job because I felt you were not qualified to do this job, with you not having the proper equipment and crew. I am willing to pay you for the 1 day of work you did and renting the Skid Steer. I am asking you to return my remaining money. There was no other fee's. I did not breach the contract. This was fraud that you committed you knew that you were not able to do this job. You can not take $2500 from someone and think its yours to keep. If you would of had the right equipment and crew, I would of let you complete this job. I will do what is necessary to get my money back.
