Element Construction

Mike Ball and his team were excellent to work with at every step throughout our homebuild process. They were open and transparent communicators who made the journey as smooth as possible. Whenever problems arose they helped us tackle them head-on, including coming back to the house years after we had moved in to handle minor issues. We would highly recommend Mike and his team to anyone looking to build a house in Albemarle County.

Mike and his team are the absolute best. We have partnered with them on a broad range of construction projects, from historic home restoration, vineyard installation, summer kitchen repair, horse-stable expansion, to new construction of projects such as an in-law cottage, music studio, and helo-pad installation. In every project they’ve absolutely killed it in design, material selection, craftsmanship, project management, professionalism, and budget management. If I had 10 stars I would use them all!

I can’t say enough good things about Mike Ball and the Element Construction team. Element built our house while we were living in another state, which would normally add an extra level of stress to the process. Mike and everyone who works for Element went above and beyond to build us a beautiful and high quality home. Beyond that, the whole team was made up of truly good people. Being able to trust them 100% made everything much easier. I knew they cared about doing things right, so I didn’t have to worry about each step of the build. They were also great at communicating and keeping us up to date along the way. We love our home and appreciate all the things Element did to make it special every day. I highly recommend them!

Mike and his team are extraordinary. Project he did in our home turned an ordinary space into a centerpiece. Many happy times were held there because Mike had a vision and created a space that was both inviting and functional. More than that, it was beautiful.

we had a great experience working with Element for our custom house build. We always felt in good hands and even after the project was done, Element has been very responsive and invested in making sure we are happy with the work. They are organized and professional but also flexible to think outside the box. Thank you Element!
