There is neither the time nor space to put down absolutely everything that I could say about the exceptional quality, customer service and professionalism of M3, Inc. We contracted with M3 for an extremely large residential project that included an enormous retaining wall, concrete pool decking, plumbing, electrical, property grading/seeding/straw, stairs, fencing, etc. From our regular weekly (and at times, daily) contact with Hunter, to our regular email communication (and in person meetings) with Shane, to our phone communication (and in person introduction) with Stephanie to their contractors and regular staff labor – there was not one single time or one single person that did not impress us. And believe me when I say, I don’t throw around compliments lightly. Especially when it has to deal directly with my money. They are extremely hardworking and self-impose a standard of excellence that took this project to a level that exceeded our expectations. I truly felt that THEY ALL felt they were building on our property as if it was their own. Our relationship with M3 (and our pool people – another review for another day) were the best relationships that came out of a truly horrible experience with our landscape architect (another review for another day). M3 was able to take the details conflicting in our architectural plans and work around/supplement/fix/create plans that would actually follow code, keeo my family/friends & property safe, and still honored the aesthetic beauty of the project that we had envisioned. They eased my fears and frustrations with the plans along the way and assured me that they could rectify and complete the project successfully. I always felt like they ‘worked for me’ and that they prioritized my thoughts, feelings, rants, needs and financial concerns in a way that will forever make us a customer of theirs for any of our future projects. And though they “worked for me”, please know that the relationship always felt way more personal than “just business.” We are truly grateful to them. You want your projects done by the best? Hire M3.

Poor follow-up: I contacted M3 on Jan 31. Charlie responded and chose Feb 3 to stop by. He then had IT problems, asked to reschedule, and picked Feb 8. He showed up, assessed the project (not a big or hard job) and said he’d get back to me. I followed up Feb 13 to check status. Charlie replied, “Still working on it.” Now it’s Feb 23 and I still have not heard back. I have, however, found someone else who was responsive and the job is complete. It’s not that hard to treat people right. In my experience M3 did not.
