Scott and the team at King Koncrete came highly recommended and I can see why. Scott was friendly and responsive. He’s a great communicator and I knew exactly when they were coming and what to expect. It’s odd to say “I barely knew they were there” about work that involved a jackhammer and cement mixer, but they were remarkably undisruptive! Scott has been thorough with follow-up and patient with my questions. The price was right too! I highly recommend them.
Scott was very quick to provide an estimate, which was lower than other companies to replace my patio and driveway. He was so helpful and quick to respond to any of my questions. When less than a year after King Koncrete installed my driveway, a company doing work at my house spilled wood stain on the driveway. Scott had someone come out to see if the stain could be removed. Once it was determined it could not, Scott worked with me to get a new estimate to replace parts of the driveway that were damaged and ensure I received payment from the company that did the damage.
I had a great experience working with Scott. My old sidewalk was crumbling and became a hazard to passersby, so it was time to replace it. I got a few quotes and Scott came in at the best price. And let’s face it: concrete is not cheap. But aside from the price, he is a joy to work with, kept me informed as to where I was on the schedule and had his team replace the entire sidewalk efficiently and without any issues. And the finished product was exceptional. Even my neighbors still comment on how nice it all looks.I had him return a year or so later to replace my front steps and walkway. It all looks beautiful. Even after this ice and snow mess of the past few weeks, the sidewalk and walk still look great.I would not hesitate to use Scott for your concrete projects, big or small. You will be in good hands.
We were looking to minimally fix our driveway apron but also wanted to explore options for the entire driveway and garage floor. Scott truly understood our needs vs. our wants and even suggested to go with another company to use asphalt for our driveway, which was a cheaper option. His honesty saved us money and we loved the result! He was also super flexible with our schedule and worked with the timing of the asphalt company so he did our garage floor first, let the asphalt company do the driveway, then came back to do the driveway apron. Work was excellent and has withstood this harsh February weather. We couldn't be happier with our choice and would recommend working with Scott and King Koncrete for all jobs!
