We had Doug come out to repair our stone patio and also build us a stone herb garden. His work is superb, his communication is excellent, and his prices are very fair! We needed our front step bricks repointed and additional updating. I called Merlino Masonry and they referred me to Doug Houser because he does smaller jobs. Doug contacted me right away. From start to finish, working with Doug was wonderful. He did an amazing job on our front steps. Doug made sure we were happy with everything, was extremely easy to talk to and updated us on everything he was doing and was very reasonable. I highly recommend if you need masonry work done.
I’ve had Doug Houser and his team come to my home they were referred by Mr. Merlino and they were and are my angels! They went above and beyond the job description to make the job complete and perfect! Even with the delays and weather conditions to deal with they were communicative and sent pictures all along the way. I was patient with them and they were fantastic with me!I have engaged them to do another job on my Victorian home. It had bad concrete deteriorating issues and they fixed the poles correctly and completely. There were side items that weren’t even in the contract and they fixed them to preserve the long term integrity of their work. They came and documented the work and I can’t tell you how wonderful all the quality of their work is. They are a great group of guys to work with and work for. Their team laughs and gets along well and does fantastic work. They tell the truth and don’t rush through the job.They are more than reasonable in their charges and are the kindness fellows you will be blessed to hire them. On top of it, they guarantee their work for a year! You can’t ask for more than that!
