I worked with Ed on a job. He was super responsive, very knowledgeable, and incredibly customer service oriented when it came to his work.
Few weeks later came to him with an emergency and he was there in 2 hours. Can’t thank them enough for saving the day on various occasions. Will be going to KMI for all my roofing and gutter needs.

Pat and KMI did a fantastic job on my roof, the cleanup and I love the solar powered attic vents. Great crew as well. Had a bad contractor install a roof in July, I wasn't out any money, but Pat inspected the job, indicated I needed a replacement and was very patient during the statute of limitations process. Can't wait for phase 2 for siding replacement.

Patrick and his crew did a fantastic job on our basement and patio. Patrick is a great listener, natural problem solver, and was very responsive. His crew (and subs) were genuinely nice people. They hit the mark exactly on the final "look" of both of our projects. Thank you Patrick!

We replaced our siding, soffit, and fascia for our entire home using KMI as well as our gutters. They were excellent. Everything looks tight and clean. Their crew did a good job cleaning up their debris and they even came out on a Sunday to finish the job after several days of rain. Reasonable price compared to other bids we received-lower middle of the bids received. Finally Ed Miranda was very responsive to all questions and concerns we raised. He made sure all of our requests were met.
I would recommend using them.
