I thought Marcus and his crew did a great job fixing a crack in the foundation and renovating a large portion of my suite. From what I understand Conner played a big role in the majority of the renovations and I wanna say I’m impressed by his handiwork. The flooring looks and feels great. Thank you and Great job!

Marcus renovated our bathroom and did an amazing job. We had multiple unexpected problems along the way (due to a previous contractor's incompetence), and Marcus walked us through each step and got the job done right. He is kind, friendly, and knows his stuff. He has a good eye for detail and made sure all the lines lined up, things were square and looked balanced(which is important to me). I would definitely hire him again!

Marcus and his team were en-pointe during every step of our project. Though I was stressed with the job, Marcus ensured that he always kept me apprised and reassured that we were taking all the right steps to fix problems that were not addressed by the previous home owners. Their attention to detail and overall demeanour was a breath of fresh air that I had not experienced with any other contractor I have previously worked with. I never felt up sold and Marcus always kept the budget in mind and could not say enough good things about him and his crew. If I ever have any other home repairs or renovations they will be the first on my list to call.

We hired Marcus to tackle the water issues we were having in our home basement. Water had gotten behind the drywall and into the insulation and we had no idea where it was coming from. Mold was also an issue which was a huge concern for our family's health. Long story short, Marcus found the solution and it wasn't an easy one which included resealing the concrete, putting special waterproof barriers in place, completing new drywall, flooring, installing fans for better ventilation, mold testing, etc. I'm happy to report our basement is now dry, mold free and our family's favourite section of the house. We love it down there! The attention to detail Marcus gave to our home was above and beyond. He treated it as if it was his own home. You could really tell he cared. The professional who treated the mold told me he really enjoyed working with Marcus and thought his professionalism, work ethic, and attention to details were qualities he rarely comes across these days. Marcus possesses all of these qualities and so much more. We highly recommend Marcus if you encounter any water related issues within your home.

We are so glad we hired Black Birch Contracting to do the replacement of our stairs at the back of our home. We can’t say enough about the quality and attention they give to their projects. After seeing what a great job they did for our neighbour we knew we had found a contractor who was top notch and could provide the superior craftsmanship we were wanting. Our son had his stairs replaced by a different company and the job turned out so bad that the entire project is being completely torn out and has to be redone.
