We had an excellent experience working with B.A. Klaene and Son Masonry Contractors, LLC on a major masonry repair project for our historic apartment building in Cincinnati.Their team replaced approximately 200 old, fragile, and crumbling bricks on one of our exterior walls, and the quality of the workmanship was outstanding. One thing we especially appreciated was the care they took to preserve the aesthetics of the building. They selected replacement bricks that closely matched the original historic brickwork, and the repaired area blends in beautifully with the rest of the structure.Communication throughout the project was excellent. Jeremy Klaene was always responsive, professional, and accurate with scheduling updates and technical explanations. The crew showed up when expected, worked efficiently, and completed the project within the agreed budget with no surprises.It’s not easy to find contractors who combine craftsmanship, professionalism, and reliability, but B.A. Klaene delivered on all three. The team at B.A. Klaene and Son was great to work with. We had some weather-related delays and extreme weather to work in, when the work began. Jeremy was easy to reach, keeping lines of communication open. They also moved with all possible speed, as we had some deadlines we needed help to meet. All was taken care of. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.
