I strongly do not recommend Cincinnati Custom Concrete.We hired this company to pour a concrete pad, and the finished product is unacceptable. The pad is not level—it has a slope of more than 1.5 inches, which is not minor and is clearly visible to the naked eye. The pitch is so severe that our grill visibly sits at an angle, and our pergola had to be raised nearly 2 inches on one corner just to make it level.We brought these concerns to the company’s attention, and instead of acknowledging the obvious problem or offering a solution, they dismissed our concerns entirely and acted as though there was no issue.The poor workmanship was only part of the problem. During the project, they also severed an electrical line, broke a gate hinge, and left a significant mess on our house and windows. They offered only a 1% discount for the damages, which did not come close to addressing the inconvenience or overall poor quality of work.What is most frustrating is not just the mistakes, but the complete lack of accountability. Mistakes can happen in any job, but refusing to take responsibility and dismissing legitimate customer concerns is unacceptable.I will be including photos showing the visible slope and poor final result so others can judge for themselves. Based on our experience, I would not trust this company with future concrete work.
I would absolutely recommend Cincinnati Custom Concrete to everyone. Tommy and his crew were phenomenal. Tommy went out of his way to explain everything they were doing. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with what we were getting. They were respectful, professional and courteous. They were not only respectful to us but our property, as well. We had a stamped concrete patio installed and it looks amazing. Thank you!
Shane and crew did such a wonderful job on my new concrete walkway. They do great finish work. They are also a great group of guys. Very professional and knowledgeable. Commutation was outstanding and consistent. Thank you guys for helping us realize our vision.
Overall, it was an excellent experience working with Anthony’s team of Shane and company. They reached out very quickly after getting a quote to come out and start work. They were able to fit us in way sooner than expected which was awesome. It wasn’t a large job but they took it on and did a great job. They were flexible and communicative throughout the whole process. When it was all done, Anthony came out to make sure everything was to standard and acceptable.
Shane and his crew did an awesome job on our new driveway and front porch. Shane explained the process and kept me up to date throughout the process. They even cleanup afterward. Great job Shane and team!
