Reviews often mention responsive scheduling and consistent communication from the office before and during projects. Positive feedback highlights careful prep work and clean finishes on slabs, driveways, and resurfacing. Some critical reviews cite miscommunication on scope and follow-up delays after issues were reported. Overall ratings reflect a mix of strong outcomes with occasional concerns about post-installation responsiveness.

I had an absolutely great experience with CCI concrete. From the start, Enrique arrived early for the quote and called when he was on his way. He was really knowledgeable during the quote and offered a lot of good answers to my questions since I’ve never hired concrete work before.

Sarah in the office contacted me about an hour after Enrique left and stayed in strong communication about scheduling the work. She reached out to me after a few days of bad rain to inform me of a delay due to weather pausing existing jobs and I appreciated that. She was quick to make changes to the purchase agreement when needed and made this very easy for me.

Lastly John was my main installer and he was great. Showed up at 8:30am sharp each day and didn’t slouch. He worked hard until the framing and land leveling was done while taking proper water breaks in the heat. The pouring and finishing day was done really efficiently and it looks awesome. Can’t wait til the curing is done to use it.

Last but not least their cost was lower than the 2 competitors I reach out to gave me. I won’t give specific numbers since the price of material and labor changes, but CCI was a no brainer for me.

Very satisfied and I’d recommend them to anyone.

DO NOT HIRE CCI CONCRETE!

• The contract was for the removal of driveway and pool deck pavers, including the demolition of underlying concrete and installation of new colored concrete with 2 stamped patterns.
• Sales rep Rico lacked knowledge in concrete work, leading to numerous unaddressed requests for contract revisions.
• Despite providing detailed feedback and images, Rico pressured for contract signing without addressing concerns.
• The company’s credibility was questionable, with no verifiable license and missing core values on their website.

• Requests for a project schedule were met with vague responses, complicating coordination with other contractors.
• Rico promised flexibility in walkway placement, but the crew proceeded without consultation, resulting in us adjusting the formwork yourselves.
• Project Manager, Peter, also the VP, was unresponsive to special requests and lacked planning, causing scheduling issues.

• The demolition team, led by Johnny, used inadequate tools and damaged property, including utility lines and neighbor’s internet cable.
• The crews, being subcontractors, showed a lack of loyalty and care for the project.
• Promised design elements like wood plank stamped concrete with no nail heads and a concealed pool skimmer lid were not delivered.
• The concrete work was poorly executed, with unevenly applied color powder and sealant, sloppy stamped patterns, and improper slopes leading to water accumulation.
• The site was left messy daily, and the crews’ lack of professionalism extended to disrespecting our home and property.

• The Owner's response noted integral color concrete (mixed in truck) which it was not. The crews spread the colored powder everywhere, including in the drain, see photos. This was not a custom stamp, the patterns are industry normal stamps that Rico provided for our selection.
• The pool deck permit inspection failed due to improper installation, and the company’s response was unprofessional, leaving my husband and I to resolve the issue.

We do not recommend this company. You will end up babysitting their crews and wishing they’d just leave.

EDIT:
When I posted this review initially, the company reached out very quickly and asked what they could do to make it better. I told them what I needed from them, and took down the review to give them the chance to fix the job. It has now been 2 weeks of complete silence from them. They have not contacted me, or come out to fix it. I will not be removing this review again.

We hired CCI to replace our back patio and extend our front walkway in February.

Pros:
1. Our new back porch looks really nice (from the surface), and it is graded correctly to drain away from our foundation.
2. The person who came out to give us a quote explained the process well and helped us choose the best option for our situation (replacing an old, cracked patio, rather than trying to just extend it).

Cons:
1. After I paid my 50% deposit, I had to call 3 times before I got a response about scheduling. Each time I called, I was told I would be called back that same day. 6 days after I paid my deposit I got a text saying my job had been assigned to a crew, and the day after that I was given a start date. Now, 6 days is not an unreasonable amount of time to take to get a customer scheduled - my problem is that I was told I would be called back the same day so many times, and then I wasn't called back.
2. The crew who poured was MESSY. They left muddy concrete washout all over a large portion of our backyard, which hardened into a crust and prevented the groundcover from growing back. It has required hours of my time to try to remove and dispose. They also dumped a pile of rocky washout next to the gate in our side yard, which cannot be removed because it hardened onto one of the fenceposts. This is by FAR the most aggravating part of the experience, and the main reason for a negative review.
3. When they tore out our old patio, they destroyed a large section of our backyard groundcover with the heavy equipment they brought in. There might not have been any way to avoid that, but a warning beforehand would have been nice.
4. The edges of the patio are sloppy in quite a few places. Clearly, the framing out wasn't done down to ground level, because there are places where the concrete oozed out underneath the framing, and it looks bad.

TLDR: Would not recommend. I wish I'd had the same good experience so many other reviewers had, but I absolutely did not.

My experience was wonderful. Completely satisfied, Mike, the salesman was very knowledgeable, listened to what we wanted and then let us know if we were being realistic or not. He made sure our project met all building code requirements.
Mark, the project manager was amazing, considerate, and kept us informed about everything as it was being done. He stayed at our home well after cement truck left to make sure our concrete pad was perfect.
We definitely will refer CCI to family, friends, and my employer.
Thank you for the great job!!

Gary Frederick on CCI Concrete

I want to thank CCI and their team for a job very well done in resurfacing our 48+ year old concrete front porch slab. The slab had stains, several cracks and other imperfections. Sarah was able to coordinate a very desirable project start date for us and John and Marcus arrived as scheduled. The men did a lot of grinding and prep work prior to applying the various coatings that resulted in the “Knock-down Cool Deck” finish that we ordered. The end result is perfect and improved the look of our home. Attached are a ‘before’ photo and several ‘after’ photos.
