This company was very personable and professional to work with. Joe was very kind and easy to work with. His family had a family emergency come up but he was willing to work with our schedule and still get the job done.
We had a minor issue with our sprinkler system after the work was done. We let him know and he was out to fix it himself the same day.
It’s clear their company cares about their customers and their work. They take pride in what they do and truly believe in customer satisfaction.
They were timely and professional.

This review is a year in the making. J&M did work for us in the fall of ‘20. We did not want to post a review for a year so we could write a true and in-depth review. I can say without a doubt that you will get the best quality and bang for your bucks with this company. Joe did the quote and work himself. Yes he had help. He was honest and upfront. He did not tell us what we wanted to to hear. Originally we wanted to extend our patio out but there was a dip in our yard. Joe said he would not do the work because of the dip (running water would have caused cracks eventually). Let that sink in for a minute…he was about to lose business because he told us what we did not want hear. We then decided to move the patio by the retaining wall which workout better than expected. Along with the patio we add more to our original patio laterally and a sidewalk from the front to backyard (this was worth it alone). I am not a expert with concrete but my grandfather did have is own commercial concrete foundation business back in Texas. He would tell me as a little boy, “your work is your signature”. J&M work is in my opinion, the best in the business. I encourage everyone to get multiple bids. With that said I have zero doubt that going with J&M you will be 100% pleased. If you doubt me do not doubt our dogs. They loved them too! I almost forgot to add this. My grandfather use to put coins in the concrete for good luck. To honor my grandfather I asked Joe to put a half dollar coin (2020, I ordered them) in the three areas he added. He did it for us.
