Amazing Construction LLC

In the later part of May 2026 Amazing Construction repaired my
concrete and brick porch. The iron railing was repaired and the metal post on the railings were replaced. The newly replaced posts were not made of iron . Per the contract, the entire handrail system was painted. The metal Repair consisted of cutting out rusted lower sections of handrail, fabricate and weld new replacement and metal sections as needed, weld and reinforced lower sections to restore structural Integrity. Also, grind welded area, smooth and prepare entire handrail surface for paint. Remove loose rust peeling paint and surface contaminants, prime repaired areas as needed, and paint entire handrail system with black metal paint for a uniform finish. Within two weeks of the project being completed, I noticed a lot of rust spots over the entire handrail system, and on the back bottom of one of the post that replaced was not primed or painted and is rusting as well. I asked Desi to come to my home so we can go over the issues with the railing. She didn’t show up for the first appointment. I had to call her and she said she was stuck in traffic. We set up another date. She came out to inspect the issues and said that her company was only responsible for the metal posts that they welded on to the railing. I informed her that her company is responsible for every part of the handrail.You can clearly see that the original
railing were not primed before painting. The soldering that was done on the railing is not done well. I informed Desi that the railings are loose and that there needs to be reinforcement added for more stability. I have before and after pictures, texts, and timestamp videos. As each week goes by there is noticeably more rust spots accumulating on the entire handrail system. I texted Desi again over a week ago and she said someone would hopefully come out this week to repair the handrails only. She has not contacted me in over a week. I am very disappointed with this company and I would like this matter resolved promptly so further damage does not occur. below are a few pictures of the rust issues.

Amazing Construction is a completely worthless and incompetent company! Their work is totally substandard along with their customer service.

Last October 2024, I had them come out to reseal my stamped concrete patio. Initially the project looked successful, but within weeks, the sealant they used started to crystallize, which at the time I didn’t really pay attention to because I just thought the weather is changing and it was just dirt.

A couple of months later in early spring, I went out to clean the patio. Sprayed it down and washed it only to realize that the sealant that was used crystallized and hardened all throughout my concrete patio and I now have a patio that looks like it’s frosted over and completely faded in color.

In April 2025, I contacted Deysi, who is supposedly the general manager and owner of this business and explained what had happened with the sealant, and she stated that she would look into seeing if there was a problem with the sealant they used and would get back with me and arrange a date to come inspect the patio.

To date, I have never heard back from Deysi or anyone else at Amazing Construction. I made multiple follow up phone calls to Deysi, not to mention attempted to contact her via text with zero response. The lack of professionalism, competence and customer service with Deysi and this company is truly pathetic!!

They completely ruined my concrete patio, which is the focal point of my backyard. All of my attempts to get a response from someone at the company were completely ignored and of course Deysi never came to inspect the damage they caused to my patio, which she told me she would, rather chose to hide and ignore my calls and text.

Thanks to their work, I now have to have my entire patio sandblasted, re-stained with coloring and sealed by a true professional company, which is going to cost me a couple thousand dollars.

My experience with Amazing Construction has been absolutely terrible and total disaster, and would never recommend them to anyone, not only because of their incompetent work but because of their awful customer service!

I truly love these folks. My wife was coming home from the hospital, and I was all over the map with what I thought my needs were. Deisy and crew (Daniel, Gonz, Eddie and Tracy) showed up a number of times (my needs kept changing on them) and laid out all I needed to know, to make the right decision.

Their vision was guided by their heartfelt concern for both my wife's needs and our budget. But overall: It was guided by their driving commitment to quality. Heck, I had to stop them from working on the coldest day in 5 years -On an outside project!

This company arrived at 8:52 PM and immediately attempted to double the quoted price, claiming they were unaware that sidewalks were included in the estimate provided by their own office. Sidewalks are the only access point to the porch and driveway, making their explanation both illogical and unacceptable.

When I declined the revised pricing and instructed them to stop, the crew began shoveling snow back onto my driveway — a deliberate act that reflects a complete lack of professionalism and respect for the customer. I was fully prepared to compensate them for the portion of work completed. Their conduct made that impossible.

This behavior is unprofessional, retaliatory, and inconsistent with any standard of reputable business practice.

I initially wanted a polished concrete look for my basement. The Amazing Construction team discussed several options and provided a sample of three finishes directly on the floor for comparison. My wife and I ultimately selected a polished dark stain.

During the process, the team wasn't fully satisfied with the initial outcome, so they took the initiative to do a second pass to ensure the result met their high standards. The final floor is absolutely fabulous.

Deysi and everyone at Amazing Construction were professional, responsible, and a pleasure to work with. It was refreshing to have such a reliable team in our home. I will definitely be calling Amazing Construction for any future projects!

We recently had a patio installed by Amazing Construction. We cannot say enough great things about this company! From the moment we met them we were impressed. Both Deysi and her husband were present and working everyday alongside their crew. Communication was fantastic. They were quick to respond to any message or concern we had. Everyday they were punctual and cleaned the area each day before they left. They went above and beyond with our project. Our patio and new stairs are AMAZING ! We are looking forward to working with them again in the near future. Thank you again Amazing Construction !!! So glad that we went with this company.

Amazing Construction just finished my concrete driveways replacement, bluestone pavers for front porch and sidewalk, paverstone path in the backyard. The work is truly amazing! I feel lucky that I found this company and trust them with all my projects. Their quotes are so reasonable, their work quality is unbeatable, they are so easy to communicate and willing to work with my special ideas. the owner also working together with the crew, so you know it's definitely not subcontracted like many other companies nowadays.
