They built a large a two level patio with the specifications we requested along with retaining wall, the pool coping, stairs, lighting, and drainage. The new patio solved our existing water issues and made the space more useful for the family to enjoy. Bryan was excellent with communicating with us, explaining the tasks, the timelines, material/equipment deliveries, and if any changes were required. He was flexible with meeting our budget gave us a great price.

I had a small job that was done quickly, on time, and with great attention to detail. Bryan was on site supervising the entire process. His pricing was exceptionally fair. I hired him based on his exceptional reviews and the images of other work he has done which is all spectacular. We're extremely pleased with Bryan's work; it was a small job (back door concrete pad and front walkway replacement) but Bryan quickly presented various options, was super responsive when we had questions, and provided sample pavers as soon as we asked. Once we signed the contract, work started the next day and his crew did a great job and thoroughly cleaned up the work site. When it comes time to replace our driveway, Bryan will be our only call.

The crew left the site clean once they were finished and was respectful of our property. Modern Hardscapes uses top of the line materials, offers fair pricing, and was a pleasure to do business with. He also installed a beautiful bead board ceiling on the porch.  What really set them apart was the communication. Unlike many contractors, Bryan is a proactive and attentive communicator who genuinely listened to our vision and worked with us to achieve it. His crew was professional, skilled, and delivered a high-quality finished product that we absolutely love. Having lived in our house since 1997, we've hired many contractors, but Modern Hardscapes is easily the best we’ve ever worked with. Highly recommend!
